What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size by reviewing the Size Chart provided on each product page. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the size chart and agree that GhostCopy Co. / GodMade™ is not responsible for sizing issues.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers are only issued once the carrier processes the shipment — this may not happen immediately at the time of purchase. You can always check your delivery progress through the “Track My Order” feature on our website once tracking is live.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

No. Products are sold as is without any express or implied warranties. Normal wear, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control are not covered. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure quality.

What if I receive a damaged item?

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case of significant damage during transit:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of the package and item is required.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to investigation.

Minor variations in print, embroidery, or sizing are not considered defects. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. If cancellation is requested before fulfillment, it may be possible but is subject to fees. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
