Refund & Final Sale Policy

At GodMade™ | by GhostCopy Co., every product is created with care, purpose, and faith. Because each piece is custom-printed and made-to-order, all sales are final.


1) No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
  • This includes buyer’s remorse, size issues, or changes of mind.
  • Please review product descriptions and our Size Chart carefully before purchasing.

✅ Return Window & Cost Disclosure (for Google compliance):
All sales are final. There is no return window. Customers are responsible for any costs related to shipping in the rare case of an approved replacement (see Section 2).


2) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email support@ghostcopy.ca within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue (full item + close-up)
  3. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3) Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Order Cancellations

Production begins quickly after checkout. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will try our best to assist before printing begins.
