What is your return policy?

All sales are final, as every GodMade™ product is custom-printed and made-to-order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Please review all product details and our Size Chart carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@ghostcopy.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll reprint and reship your order at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does shipping take?

All GodMade™ products are made-to-order, so please allow time for production and delivery.

Processing & Fulfillment:

Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):

• Canada: 3–10 business days

• United States: 4–12 business days

• International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress using the “Track My Order” page on our website.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All GodMade™ products are printed and made-to-order through our trusted fulfillment partners. Because each item is custom-printed, we do not offer express or implied warranties.

Every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality. However, we cannot be held responsible for normal wear, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@ghostcopy.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. Our team will gladly review and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost.

What if I receive a damaged item?

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@ghostcopy.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and the issue
A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that minor variations in print color, fabric texture, or sizing are not considered defects, as each product is made-to-order.

Can I cancel my order?

Because every GodMade™ product is printed and made-to-order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to assist before printing begins — but once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Please review your order details and size selection carefully before completing checkout.
