1) Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners.
  • Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
  • Orders placed during holidays or high-demand seasons may require additional processing time.

2) Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • Canada: 3–10 business days after fulfillment
  • United States: 4–12 business days after fulfillment
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur beyond our control.


3) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs, import, or tax fees upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs or import fees.
  • For details, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

4) Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify, reroute, or recall it.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

5) Unclaimed or Abandoned Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered or available for pickup and the recipient does not collect it within the carrier’s holding period, the package may be returned, discarded, or marked as unclaimed by the carrier.
  • GhostCopy Co.™ / GodMade™ is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, abandoned, or not retrieved within the carrier’s specified timeframe.
  • In such cases, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.

6) Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery timelines depend on carriers and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs clearance delays

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is managed by the carrier. GhostCopy Co.™ cannot guarantee arrival times.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with:

  • Household members or neighbors
  • Your local post office or delivery center
  • The carrier directly
