Welcome to GodMade™ | by GhostCopy Co.™ (“GhostCopy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to our website, store, and all related services (“Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Fulfillment

  • All items are made-to-order via trusted print partners.
  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

2. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and its integrated providers.
  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all order amounts, including taxes and shipping fees.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

  • All items are final sale as they are custom printed per order.
  • Replacements are available only for defective or damaged products.
  • To request a replacement, email support@ghostcopy.ca within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be produced.
  • Review all size charts and product details before ordering.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • GhostCopy Co.™ is not liable for delivery delays, customs fees, or lost packages after shipment.
  • International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes or duties.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership

  • All content, designs, slogans, photography, videos, and creative assets — including GhostCopy Co.™, GodMade™, and related sub-brands — are the exclusive property of Chigozirim Njoku and GhostCopy Co.™.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or alteration is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal action may be taken for infringement or misuse.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined there.

7. User Conduct

When interacting with our website or platforms, you agree not to:

  • Misuse, hack, or disrupt our systems or Shopify’s infrastructure.
  • Post or share misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Copy, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of our site, designs, or code.

Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • GhostCopy Co.™ and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Minor variations in color, print, or placement are not considered defects.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saskatchewan courts under applicable Canadian law.

11. Modifications

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
