Data Deletion Instructions — GodMade™ Login by GhostCopy Co.

At GodMade™ | by GhostCopy Co., we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of information collected through Shop Login or Facebook Login on our store.

1) What We Collect

When you choose to sign in using Facebook or Shop, we may receive the following basic account information (only if you grant permission):

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Facebook user ID (if applicable)
  • Profile picture (if available)

We do not post to your Facebook account or access your messages, friends, or activity.

2) How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your account data deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@ghostcopy.ca with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include the following details in your message:
    • The email address connected to your login (Facebook or Shop)
    • Your full name
    • (Optional) Your Facebook profile URL for verification

3) What Happens Next

  • We will delete all account-linked personal data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
  • If you made a purchase, we may retain limited order or payment records for tax and legal compliance. These records are de-identified and no longer linked to your Facebook or Shop account.

4) Remove Access Directly (Optional)

If you logged in through Facebook:

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Logged in with Facebook → GodMade Login by GhostCopy Co. → Remove Access.

If you logged in through the Shop App:

Go to Shop → Account → Sign-in Options → Manage Connections to revoke access or manage permissions.
