Founder Legal Protection & Ownership Statement

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

GhostCopy Co.™ and GodMade™ Faithwear (collectively “the Company”) are wholly owned, founded, and operated by Chigozirim Njoku, under registered Canadian business law (Province of Saskatchewan). The Company operates as a privately held entity with no external shareholders, investors, or co-founders.

1. Founder Authority

All executive, creative, financial, and operational powers of GhostCopy Co.™ and its sub-brands—including GodMade™—are vested exclusively in the founder, Chigozirim Njoku.

No individual, partner, or organization shall claim or assume any authority to act, speak, or represent the Company without written and notarized authorization signed by the founder.

Any unauthorized claim of control, leadership, or brand ownership constitutes a breach of intellectual and corporate rights under Canadian law.

2. Ownership and Equity

  • 100% of the Company’s equity, brand rights, and intellectual property are owned by the founder.
  • No equity, voting rights, or partnership status are conferred through collaboration, employment, vendor access, or technical platform integration (including but not limited to Shopify, Stripe, Google, Printify, or any fulfillment partner).
  • Any proposed sale, transfer, or licensing of ownership must be executed through a government-filed transfer agreement signed by the founder and verified under Saskatchewan corporate law.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All creative assets—including brand names, logos, artwork, slogans, photographs, product designs, videos, writings, and digital content—are the exclusive property of Chigozirim Njoku and are protected under the Canadian Copyright Act and Trade-marks Act.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • GhostCopy Co.™
  • GodMade™ Faithwear
  • “I’m Not Self-Made. I’m GodMade.”™
  • “A GodMade Company: Wear It. Speak It. Live It.”™

Any replication, resale, or derivative work—digital or physical—without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal prosecution.

4. Digital & Financial Control

All official company accounts—including Shopify, Stripe, Printify, Google, domain registrar, and financial institutions—are registered under and controlled by Chigozirim Njoku.

Temporary access granted to contractors or platforms for technical purposes does not constitute ownership or management authority.

The founder reserves the right to revoke any access at any time for the protection of the company’s integrity, security, or reputation.

5. Partnership & Representation

The Company does not currently maintain external investors, affiliates, or co-owners.

Any third-party claim of partnership, brand affiliation, endorsement, or management role is invalid unless verified by a signed legal contract from hello@ghostcopy.ca bearing the founder’s digital or physical signature.

Unauthorized brand representation, use of company identity, or implied affiliation will be treated as fraudulent impersonation and may be reported to law enforcement or pursued in civil court.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters concerning ownership, intellectual property, or corporate control shall be governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saskatchewan courts under Canadian corporate and intellectual property law.
