Founder, Chairman & CEO Legal Protection & Ownership Statement

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

GhostCopy Co.™ and GodMade™ Faithwear (collectively “the Company”) are wholly owned, founded, and operated by Chigozirim Njoku, who serves as Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) under registered Canadian business law (Province of Saskatchewan). The Company operates as a privately held entity with no external shareholders, investors, co-founders, or partners.

1. Founder, Chairman & CEO Authority

All executive, creative, financial, operational, strategic, and leadership powers of GhostCopy Co.™ and all sub-brands — including GodMade™ Faithwear — are vested solely and exclusively in Chigozirim Njoku.

As Chairman & CEO:

  • Chigozirim Njoku holds final decision-making authority over all company matters.
  • No individual, employee, contractor, advisor, or organization may act on behalf of the Company without written and signed authorization from the Founder, Chairman & CEO.
  • Any attempt to claim control, leadership, or representation is considered unauthorized and unlawful.

2. Ownership & Equity

  • 100% ownership, equity, voting rights, and control belong to Chigozirim Njoku.
  • No equity or management rights are granted through collaboration, employment, or platform access (including Shopify, Stripe, Google, Printify, or fulfillment partners).
  • Any transfer of ownership requires a formal legal agreement filed under Saskatchewan business law and signed only by the Chairman & CEO.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative works — including brand names, designs, logos, artwork, slogans, photos, digital media, videos, writings, product designs, and marketing assets — are the exclusive legal property of Chigozirim Njoku, protected under the Canadian Copyright Act and the Trade-marks Act.

Protected assets include, but are not limited to:

  • GhostCopy Co.™
  • GodMade™ Faithwear
  • “I’m Not Self-Made. I’m GodMade.”™
  • “A GodMade Company: Wear It. Speak It. Live It.”™

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or derivative use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

4. Digital, Financial & Administrative Control

All company accounts — including Shopify, Stripe, Printify, Google, domain registrars, financial accounts, and communication channels — are controlled exclusively by Chigozirim Njoku.

Temporary access does not grant ownership, authority, or management status.

The Founder, Chairman & CEO may revoke access at any time for security or operational protection.

5. Partnerships & Representation

The Company does not currently have partners, affiliates, investors, or co-owners.

Any claim of partnership or representation without a signed and verified contract from hello@ghostcopy.ca is invalid.

Unauthorized use of the Company’s identity is considered fraudulent and will be addressed legally.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All corporate, ownership, and intellectual property matters are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Saskatchewan courts.
